I've been working my way down the "wanted pages" and adding articles where it seemed appropriate and removing links where it seemed appropriate.
It has occurred to me that some of the links I removed may actually have been there to encourage some one to create an external link. So you might want to look at my contributions to see if I've done any harm. You can send me a repair list and I'll see to it, or let me know I'm on the right track.
Meanwhile, I'll be working my way down the "wanted pages" list.
Seeing as that you have not been active for almost a year, and that you have not edited an article in the main namespace in over a year, I cannot give you admin rights unless you become more active. I can use all the help I can get! But I'm not going to just hand out user rights to anyone who asks.
If you want to get admin rights I'll have to see that you are regularly active, understand and enforce the rules, and interact fairly with other users.
It's a similar case with you; you will have to be active and in good standing for me to consider giving you admin rights. Also, I've reviewed your history and have seen that you got your admin rights removed by NikkiSarah for abusing them. The reason I left your rollback rights was that NikkiSarah had given them back to you and told you to work your way back into good standing. If you do that I may also consider giving you back your rights.
I appreciate your help, but why do you call what I say "speculation"? I've seen plenty of "maybe"s on other Wikis that are seen as proper information and they are not fanfiction, and only maybes. Also why did you call my categories "unnecessary"? They may not be necessary, but they are true, and it wasn't necessary for them to write Inside Out in the first place but they still did it. Sorry for calling you bossy, it's how I felt, but it's what you did that I'm annoyed by, not you. Please reply.
I would have responded sooner, but my computer froze the first time I was writing this!
I'm sorry if I came accross as bossy, I just wanted to keep a certain standard of information, organization, and consistency across the articles on this wiki. Allow me to properly explain myself...
First of all, I should have better explained why I removed those categories from the Riley page, but I was busy at the moment and had to think quickly. Maybe a less hostile word would have been redundant. Anyway, the reason I removed these two categories was because they are redundant. The Riley page already has a Human category, which includes all human characters, and aside from that, the People category is reserved for real world people related to the production of Inside Out, such as Pete Docter. I didn't notice that you had added this category to other human character pages until now though.
As for the other category, the Inside Out Wikia category is not used on any main articles because it would be able to include every article on this wiki and would be redundant, since there are already special pages that include every main article. And on top of that, this category is reserved for technical pages and the main page, not main articles.
Second main thing, I come from a wiki where "maybe's" are not allowed, and it is a very well organized and active wiki, which is something that I want to see on this wiki. I want information that can be confirmed in Inside Out or other Inside Out media. I want information on this wiki to be 100% accurate (which is why I revised some of your quotes :p). My comment on the "Troy" page was meant to be more along the lines of me trying to tell you to be careful about what information is confirmable and what can only be guessed. Sure, this character may work at the Yeast of Eden, but how can we be sure that they own it. Also, I'm pretty sure this character is a female, and that the name "Troy" was in reference to another character as a joke. I'm not sure if the pages for super minor characters, like "Troy", or locations that are hardly seen in Inside Out or in the books, can be expanded upon very much. And I think that since these characters and locations are so minor, their pages can remain very short and simple and don't need the extra little details that cannot be confirmed. Also I noticed on some of these pages, you put information in the trivia section, that should go in an infobox. If you think that a page is too sure or needs some formatting when you write it, you should include a Stub, Improve, or NeedImage tag at the top of the page, 'cause we can't have a bunch of short or unformatted or imageless pages either.
Another thing, I think that the pages for the emotions of the really minor characters are doomed to a life of stubbiness, which is why I wanted to combine all the other emotions into their own five pages. This would allow for longer, more informational articles without having a bunch of small pages, cause I think it gets a little confusing and it takes up space. Joy in Cool Girl's head basically represents the same thing in Bill Andersen's head, or the dog's head. I was going to do this eventually, but I was holding off on it until I could hear what other people from the community had to say about this idea. Unfortunately though, the only active users on this wiki seem to be you, me and someone who just edited the Riley page.
I'm not going to make these kinds of changes until I hear what others think of them. Sorry if I sounded bossy. I wasn't singling you out or anything, (though you are the only active user around here, so I guess I was in a way!). Remind me if I left out anything, as I had to rewrite this, and I think it sounded better the first time. I have not changed any of your page edits because I was waiting for you to respond to hear what you had to say about them.
Having a bunch of small pages could clutter the special pages and make load times longer. I'm just trying to avoid having to do a bunch of house keeping down the line. It's not much of a problem with a wiki as small as this one, but who knows, this franchise could grow and then we would have a lot more pages, so we've got to establish our standards from the beginning. And besides, longer pages look nicer!
